Training Video - Walkthrough Tutorial 

I only recently found this training video, but it is a great one-hour, 20-minute overview of the editing features in QS 2.0.


Always use the X (Circle Icon) to Replace/Change photos.

To avoid changing all default profile pictures on the entire website, only replace profile images using the X.

The Pencil (Circle Icon) has Edit Functions:

  • Required field = Alternative text: Use the pencil to edit the tag for the image, adjust cropping, captions, and photo credits.
  • Don't Use the 'Remove' button. This action deletes the image from the media library and, by extension, throughout the site.

Adobe Creative Cloud accounts information for faculty and staff. It’s free and you can get started here: https://adobe.arizona.edu/signup/adobe-creative-cloud. It takes about 24 hours to gain access. Then you’ll be able to access https://stock.adobe.com/.


Translation Services

Here is the resource that I know is available at the University. There may be more and I’m sure there are also vendors that can help with translation when needed.
